Merry Christmas to all from sunny, though chilly Las Vegas. It's an interesting way to spend the holiday, and (in my opinion - and this is my blog so my opinion counts) not a very festive way to spend it. It's a lot more crowded than I thought it would be. But I suppose the Asians saw this as a great opportunity to snag some great deals on a Vegas Vacation while we're roasting our chestnuts and rocking around our Christmas trees. We have dinner planned tonight (in just a few minutes, actually) at the Venetian.
And I'm hoping the recent terrorist attempt won't cause too many travel problems. And thankful that the plan failed.
I hope everyone had a safe and happy holiday, however and where ever you spent it. Ho-Ho-Ho!
Hope your dinner was good, BeeBee. I had a very happy day. Have a safe trip home....see ya later!
ReplyDeleteWe're in Vegas, too, and I noticed the same thing. We also ate at the Venetian last night.
ReplyDeleteBeeBee, we ate at the B & B. Very nice dining except that "Chef" was very particular about how you ate his food. No substitutions, wouldn't give DF pecorino romano because it didn't go with the dish. The food was Italian and very delicious, though.
ReplyDeleteI hope your flight home isn't too crazy! I'm flying down to virginia soon and I'm hoping the airports have settled down a bit by the time I fly.
ReplyDeleteMerry christmas & have a wonderful new year! ;-)
