Love it? Hate it?
I found the new background on Blogger - the quilt look. I'm on the fence about it, though. Love it? Hate it? Gonna stop reading my ramblings if I don't take it down? Gonna tell all your friends about the cool chick with the cool blog background? Remember, I found it - didn't create it - so you can tell me.... Leave it up or ditch it?

I think the background is nice. I'd just make the font colour white or light to make it read better:)
ReplyDeleteI don't like the steel grey behind the text. there is not enough contrast to read it. but the patchwork is kind of nice.
ReplyDeleteI love this in theory, but I find the black print too hard to read for these old eyes. The white print is very clear. Is some switcheroo possible. Could you use a part of this pattern for a header, perhaps? Sorry not to be more supportive, but I so look forward to your blogs and blog lists, and I'm struggling with them. You, however, remain a gem!
ReplyDeleteUhm, right now it's a bit too much. If the central part, i.e. the gray area, was lighter (white?)it would be much better, less busy and easier to read.
ReplyDeleteI don't mind the black on grey, although a lighter grey would be easierto read, but I find your blog list and archives totally unreadable. They are almost invisible against the patchwork design. The background itself is inoffensive.
ReplyDeleteLike the whole thing and can read the white clearly. The main thing is that I like a change occasionally.
