I promised and I deliver

I promised some pictures and you shall have them.

When we moved our son out of his apartment we tossed a bunch of stuff. Hauled off stuff to the Salvation Army. And rented a Budget truck (btw, there's a reason it's called "Budget"). As it turns out, we divested ourselves of exactly the right stuff. Check out this truck: I don't think another sheet of paper would have fit in there. But I will say that it didn't shift an inch in 500 miles. The grey metal thing is a weight machine. So far, the only exercise I've gotten out of is moving it around the country.

And, because this IS a sewing blog, I'll show you a couple of photo's of my sewing room. It really is nice. I've really only unpacked about 1/2 my stuff and the stash I unpacked is on the closet shelf. But my machine is on the table and I can even find some of my supplies and notions.
